The use of two photos really works to your pieces advantage in this instance. The two perspectives play off one another, enhancing the lines of each photograph, almost creating a optical illusion. It creates a sense of curving in the lines. The pastels and subtle hues give the sense of an early dawn or sunrise. I especially love the soft focus in the photo to the right. If I could change one thing, I would extend the white border on the vertical, but don't separate the two. The pair were meant for one another, as I'm sure was your intent.

This should be printed and put on everyone's walls. Hehe. Or at least yours!

this photo reminds me of;

a school closed for the summer.
toy frog.
stuffed animal plushies.
soccer.
hair conditioner .
water treatment plant.
wondering where a bridge leads to.
aloe cactus.
magnificent wandering balloons.
basket of fruit on an all-white porch.
looking through a fish bowl.
the chaos of excitement, running barefoot through grass.

humanity was designed with the most creativity ever used, and it was installed into us, that we may create. you are very much in tune with this. <3
